When I first discovered Femme Fatale, this shade was on my ISO list for months. I was ecstatic when Femme Fatale re-released this gorgeous thermal, along with a few other of their most popular shades, in 2017. I snapped this one up immediately!
I used three coats of color for this mani to make sure that my nail line wouldn’t be visible in the polish’s warm state.
Here is Blue Within Blue Eyes in its completely cold state. Do you SEE those iridescent aqua flakies?! And that pink micro shimmer?!
In its warm state, Blue Within Blue Eyes is a pearly white. In its cold state, it is a cobalt blue. It is full of baby pink and aqua flakies and a light pink shimmer.
Although I absolutely love this polish, one disappointment was the material of the flakies. I’m not sure why, but the flakies created several dents in the polish that just didn’t look good. But, if you see this polish up for grabs, get your hands on it quickly because it’ll go fast! This is certainly a Femme Fatale fan favorite, and for good reason.
