“Hyrule Sunset” is 1850 Artisan Polish’s very first group custom!
Hyrule Sunset was inspired by The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, and is a group custom for the “Polished Gamers” group on Facebook.
This shade is a shimmering multichrome that shifts between rose, plum, orange, and gold with shifting aurora shimmers. The formula of this polish was incredibly easy to work with, but slightly sheer. I used three coats of polish for my swatch photos.
Here’s a shot of this shade in outdoor, indirect lighting. The orange shift in this multichrome is especially noticeable in this type of lighting.
Here are some additional shots of the orange to rose shift in indirect lighting. First, the bright orange multichrome shift, followed by the rose-red shift with a hint of plum purple!
Hyrule Sunset is also beautiful in the sun! The golden shift around the edges makes an appearance in the sunshine.
