Hella Handmade Creations April 2019 Swatches Part 2

Thank you for your patience while waiting for part 2 of my April HHC swatches! As mentioned in part 1 of my swatches, I had a nasty nail break that I had to wait to grow out. Now that my nails have a bit of length back to them, I have the rest of my April swatches ready to share.

New to Hella Handmade Creations? Every month, HHC offers exclusive polishes from your favorite indie nail polish brands during a week-long pre-sale. The April pre-sale will be open from April 14th at 12:01 AM EST until April 21 at 11:59 PM Hawaiian on Hella Handmade Creations’ website.  You can buy as many polishes as you want during the pre-sale. Each brand participating in HHC has picked their own theme to create specially inspired polishes.

Kathleen & Co Polish was inspired by the garden to create “Butterfly Kisses”, a bright cobalt blue jelly with blue/purple/red shifting aurora shimmer and scattered holographic. This shade will retail for $12.00 and has a cap of 75 bottles. This shade was opaque in two coats of polish for me.

LynB Designs was inspired by Schitt’s Creek to create “I Like the Wine and Not the Label”. This polish has a pale peach base with holographic micro shreds, blue to indigo to purple to copper shifting UCC shifting flakies, and a hint of purple shimmer. This shade will retail for $13.00 and has a cap of 90 bottles. This shade was opaque in 2-3 coats of polish for me.

Seventy Seven Nail Lacquer was inspired by female rocker Joan Jett to create “I Love Rock ‘N Roll”, a textured polish that has a black jelly base with holographic pigment and textured black and silver holographic glitters. This shade will be $12.50 with a cap of 50 bottles of polish. My swatches show this shade in two coats of polish with no added top coat to showcase the textured finish.

Nail Hoot Lacquer was inspired by Desperate Housewives to create “Bree”, a cherry red linear holographic. This shade will be $10.99 with no cap. This polish was opaque in two coats of polish for me.

1850 Artisan Polish “Dreamers of Dreams” was inspired by Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, specifically by Wonka’s velvet purple jacket. This shade is a rich royal purple with purple holographic glitters, holographic aurora shimmer, and a sprinkling of gold microflakes. This shade will retail for $12.50 and has no cap. My swatches show this shade in three thin coats of polish.

Mckfresh Nail Attire was inspired by Pokemon to create “Rocket”, a creamy white polish with scattered holographic, mini holographic shreds, and pink and blue glass flakies. This shade will retail for $14.00 and has a cap of 40 bottles of polish. My swatches show this shade in three coats of color.

My Indie Polish was inspired by Shameless to create “Frank’s Liver”, a bright green creme with blue shimmer, holographic glitters, and a dusting of scattered holographic. This shade will be $12.00 with no cap. My swatches show this polish in two coats of color.

Bees Knees was inspired by Rick & Morty to create “Tittybean”, a grape polish with glowing blue shimmer and bright pink iridescent flakies. This shade will retail for $13.00 and has a cap of 200 bottles. My swatches show this flakie shade in two coats of polish.

Sayuri was inspired by ice cream to create “Ice Cold”, a holographic raspberry sorbet with a strong golden mango shimmer. This shade will retail for $13.50 and has a cap of 100 bottles of polish. This gorgeous shade is perfect for summer and is opaque in two coats of polish.

Chirality Polish’s “Ghost Monument” was inspired by Doctor Who, a dusty Tardis blue with a slight purple shift and medium blue shimmer with holographic. This shade will retail for $10.00 and has no cap. This shade is opaque in two coats of polish.

The polishes shown in this post were sent to me for free in exchange for swatching and my honest review. Thank you so much for reading!
