This shade was inspired specifically by the bright yellow jacked Freddie Mercury wore in concerts. Radio Gaga will retail for $12.00 and has no cap.
Radio Gaga has a neon yellow crelly base with red to gold shimmer and red-green-gold OG UP pigment. My swatches show this shade in three thin coats of color. This shade applies very smoothly on the nail.
