“Pluto” is a red/bronze/orange/gold shifting multichrome packed with scattered holographic microflakies. Often with holographic multichromes, I find that one effect outbalances the other. However, Pluto has an intense multichrome effect that pairs beautifully with the equally intense holographic effect. This polish will be available for $12.50 and has no cap. My swatches show Pluto in 2 coats of polish.
