When I saw the bright and beautiful Totally Neon 90’s Collection from Navni Beauty, I had to get my hands on “Boo-Yah!” and “As If”! It can be hard to find a neon polish with a great formula, but these two polishes apply wonderfully. I’ve been obsessing over shimmer polishes lately, so these were especially appealing to me. You can find Navni Beauty on Etsy!
First up is bright yellow “Boo-Yah!”, a neon chartreuse yellow with red-orange shimmer. My swatches show this shade in three coats of polish, but those with shorter nails can get away with 2 coats of polish. This shade is a fantastic neon yellow!
“As If” has a pink-leaning dark purple base with blue shimmer. My swatches show this polish in 2 coats of color. This shade has a creamy formula that is very easy to work with.
